1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & THE 7-DAY RULE
Our advanced PAP whitening complex formula is clinically engineered to deliver noticeable results within 7 days of consecutive, proper use. To ensure fairness and true evaluation of our product's performance, we strongly encourage all customers to consistently use the treatment for at least 7 consecutive days before determining its efficacy. 

2. 30 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING WINDOW
In the event that you still wish to pursue a formal refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and email. Please note that all official return evaluations, batch testing inquiries, and refund processing protocols require a mandatory window of up to 30 business days to be fully completed, verified, and settled by our financial department.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
