3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

We accept payments primarily through PayPal, including PayPal Express Checkout, which allows you to pay securely using your PayPal account, linked credit/debit cards, or alternative authorized payment methods available through the PayPal gateway. If an order contains a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

If you purchase a recurring product subscription, you authorize NIX to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the intervals selected at checkout until canceled. It is your responsibility to track your renewal dates. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid automated processing charges.

5. Delivery, Risk, and Ownership

Any delivery dates stated during checkout are estimates only. NIX is not liable for domestic shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, natural disasters, severe weather). Once your order is delivered to the shipping address provided, the risk of loss, damage, or theft passes completely to you as the consumer.

Cosmetic formulas cannot whiten existing dental restorations such as fillings, caps, crowns, veneers, or bridges.

Safety Usage: Do not use NIX whitening strips if you are under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, wearing braces, have active periodontal disease, decaying teeth, exposed roots, recent oral surgery, or a known allergy to cosmetic ingredients. 7. Returns, Hygiene Policy, and Satisfaction Guarantee

All returns, refunds, and exceptional guarantee claims are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy. Standard returns are available within 30 days for completely unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. Due to public health and hygiene safety regulations under U.S. law, opened or unsealed oral hygiene products cannot be accepted for standard returns. The sole framework for opening and evaluating a refund request for an unsealed item is our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which must be initiated via our live chat widget.
